NYS Secretary/By-laws

Each branch should have a set of bylaws and update them every two years.

Send a copy of your updated bylaws to the NYS Secretary after they have been voted on and approved.

Download the most recent version of the Association's Model Branch Bylaws or fill them out online. You will have to log into the Member Center first.

The current NYS Bylaws are available for viewing.

The NYS Working Rules, Policy sheet addendum and Nominating Committee handbook are also available.

Branch Disbandment Form - If your branch is disbanding, you need to follow the correct procedure and submit this Disbandment Form.

Association Report Forms - You can download copies of the Association's Report Forms to assist with branch paperwork.
