What?
The New York State Equal Rights Amendment (NYS ERA) is a ballot proposal to amend the NYS Constitution.
Who & When?
New York Voters will have the opportunity to vote on this ballot proposal in the general election on November 5, 2024. Note – the proposition will be on the BACK side of the ballot!

The speakers will be Andrew Molitor and Michael Bobseine, candidates for the 150th New York State Assembly seat.

The meeting will be at the Marvin Community House, 2 W. 5th Street in Jamestown,
starting at 6pm on Thursday, September 5.
