2024 Conference/Annual Meeting
The 2024 annual meeting will be held June 28-29, 2024 at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, 40 Civic Center Plaza, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601. Details will be posted here as plans are finalized. There is no separate convention registration and there is not a reserved “AAUW block” of rooms, so make your room reservations now!

The AAUW NYS Annual Meeting was held via Zoom on June 24, 2023 – 9:00 a.m. – noon.
The evening before the business meeting, at 7:00 pm on Friday, June 23, we had a virtual interactive presentation on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion presented by the Missouri AAUW President-Elect Sue Shineman. You can read about the Missouri project, “Inclusion Infusion”, (which Sue helped develop) HERE.
On the agenda for the business meeting Saturday morning was the election and installation of officers plus proposed changes to the AAUW-NYS Bylaws (starting with Article VIII). Details concerning the business meeting are now available on this website:
